Reservations
Where can I buy tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online via our booking page, or in person at the ticketing booth outside the home berth (open daily, 10:00am to 6:30pm).
How long are the tickets valid for?
Tickets are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
How do I select and change the date of my tickets?
Dates are selected and changed through our customer portal using your ticket serial number. Tickets are changeable and transferable within their validity.
Can I cancel my tickets?
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are changeable and transferable within their 6-month validity.
What is the ticket refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for details.
When is the latest I can purchase a ticket?
Subject to availability. As sailings often sell out, we recommend booking early.
Where do I find a serial number on my ticket?
Your serial number is printed on your e-ticket confirmation.
What do I need to bring for verification?
Please bring your e-ticket and a valid photo ID for check-in.
Is the cruise wheelchair-friendly?
Please contact us in advance so our crew can assist with boarding and seating.
Operations
How long is the cruise and what does it include?
Most cruises run around 2.5 hours and include dining, sea views and live entertainment. See each cruise page for specifics.
What can be seen during the cruise?
Sentosa, the city skyline, Marina Bay and the southern islands, from sunset to moonlight on evening sails.
Do you still sail when it rains?
Yes, the ship sails in most weather conditions, with sheltered seating available onboard.
Why do I need to remove my shoes?
To protect the ship’s teak decks, shoes are removed in certain areas onboard.
How many sails will the Royal Albatross put up?
Up to 22 sails, weather and conditions permitting.
Will I feel seasick?
The Royal Albatross is large and remarkably stable, so seasickness is unlikely.
Are children allowed onboard?
Yes, children aged 4 and above are welcome on most sailings.
What is the menu on the cruise?
Multi-course menus with International, Vegetarian and Indian options available on select cruises.
Is the food served Halal?
We are not halal-certified, but all meat items and ingredients are from halal sources. We are a no-pork, no-lard venue.
Can special reservations be made for my birthday or anniversary?
