Gastronomic Sail returns for Season Four with two extraordinary evenings at sea, featuring Chef Edden from Hai Tien Lo and Chef Teruya Noriyoshi from Keyaki at Pan Pacific Singapore.

Our first sail showcases Chef Edden’s signature creations in an exclusive one-night dining experience, thoughtfully curated to highlight refined flavours and culinary craftsmanship.

The second sail is a special four-hands dinner featuring Chef Edden alongside Chef Teruya, bringing two acclaimed kitchens together for one unforgettable journey of taste.

With 30 years of culinary experience across Asia and the Middle East, Chef Edden Yap is the Executive Chinese Chef of Hai Tien Lo, known for refined Cantonese cuisine shaped by a global journey from Kuala Lumpur to acclaimed restaurants worldwide.

Grounded in tradition and guided by thoughtful innovation, his cooking highlights precision, seasonality, and comforting flavours, balancing bold signatures with timeless Cantonese classics to deliver authentic and warm dining experiences.

Crafted specially for this sail, the refined menu celebrates craftsmanship, seasonality, and the best of Cantonese and Japanese dining.
