The Royal Albatross kitchen is led by Chef Inderpal Singh,the first non-Chinese winner of MasterChef Singapore, crowned in 2023 with a Season 4 finale score of 76.6/90. His cooking traces back to a childhood in his family’s gurdwara langar hall, watching elders coax flavour out of vast vats of dhal and sabji.
Today he draws from across the spice routes, layering Indian heritage, Thai brightness and Singaporean coastal produce into share-style plates designed for the deck. Expect heritage favourites like his Chaat Attack 与 Methi Tinga reimagined for a long lunch at anchor.

A simple note for families before your sailing.
Children under 8 years old must sit in the middle row between adults, wear the provided life jacket, and have a waiver signed by their parents. For children aged 8 to 12, we recommend sitting in the middle row between adults as well. Additionally, children under 13 must be supervised by a responsible adult at a ratio of at least one adult for every four children at all times.
