Cleaning<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, glassware, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils<\/p>\n<p>Operate dishwashing machines (if applicable) according to safety guidelines<\/p>\n<p>Ensure proper segregation of clean and dirty items<\/p>\n<p>Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area at all times<\/p>\n<p>Ensure proper storage of cleaned equipment<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>Kitchen Cleaning &amp; Maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Clean kitchen floors, walls, tables, food preparation areas, and equipment<\/p>\n<p>Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste according to hygiene regulations<\/p>\n<p>Ensure grease traps and sinks are cleaned regularly<\/p>\n<p>Refill soap, sanitizers, and cleaning supplies as needed<\/p>\n<p>Maintain overall kitchen hygiene standards in compliance with food safety requirements<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Kitchen Assistance<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, cutting vegetables, etc.)<\/p>\n<p>Help in receiving and storing deliveries<\/p>\n<p>Arrange and organize stock in chiller\/freezer\/store room<\/p>\n<p>Support kitchen staff during peak hours<\/p>\n<p>Carry heavy items such as rice bags, cartons, and kitchen supplies<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Compliance &amp; Safety<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Follow workplace safety and hygiene standards<\/p>\n<p>Wear proper uniform and protective equipment<\/p>\n<p>Report any equipment malfunction or safety hazards to supervisor<\/p>\n<p>Comply with company policies and kitchen SOPs<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Physically fit and able to stand for long hours<\/p>\n<p>Able to lift heavy items (10\u201325kg)<\/p>\n<p>Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays<\/p>\n<p>Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety practices<\/p>\n<p>No experience required;
