This role requires professionalism, efficiency, and strong product knowledge to ensure a premium guest experience while maintaining strict operational, safety, and hygiene standards.<\/p>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><br \/>\n        <\/h4>\n<ol>\n<li>\n            <strong> Beverage Preparation &amp; Service<\/strong>\n          <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare and serve beverages according to established recipes and service standards<\/li>\n<li>Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control<\/li>\n<li>Recommend cocktails, wines, and spirits based on guest preferences<\/li>\n<li>Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service periods<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li>\n            <strong> Guest Engagement &amp; Experience<\/strong>\n          <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service at all times<\/li>\n<li>Proactively engage guests to enhance their onboard experience<\/li>\n<li>Handle guest feedback or complaints with professionalism and urgency<\/li>\n<li>Uphold the brand image of a luxury hospitality experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>\n            <strong> Bar Operations &amp; Maintenance<\/strong>\n          <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Set up and close the bar according to operational procedures<\/li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all glassware, tools, and equipment are properly handled and maintained<\/li>\n<li>Follow opening, closing, and daily checklists strictly<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n            <strong> Inventory &amp; Cost Control<\/strong>\n          <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitor stock levels and report shortages promptly<\/li>\n<li>Assist in stock-taking and inventory audits<\/li>\n<li>Minimize wastage, breakage, and spillage<\/li>\n<li>Ensure proper storage and rotation of all beverage items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n            <strong> Safety &amp; Compliance<\/strong>\n          <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Adhere strictly to all onboard safety procedures and maritime regulations<\/li>\n<li>Ensure responsible service of alcohol (no over-serving)<\/li>\n<li>Comply with hygiene and sanitation standards at all times<\/li>\n<li>Be familiar with emergency procedures and assist when required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n            <strong> Teamwork &amp; Operational Support<\/strong>\n          <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with service crew, kitchen, and operations team<\/li>\n<li>Support overall cruise operations, including events and private charters<\/li>\n<li>Assist in boarding, guest flow management, and other duties when required<\/li>\n<li>Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Requirements<\/strong><br \/>\n        <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 1\u20132 years of bartending experience (hospitality, events, or cruise preferred)<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar equipment<\/li>\n<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment<\/li>\n<li>Physically fit; able to stand for long hours<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Preferred Qualifications<\/strong><br \/>\n        <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Bartending or mixology certification<\/li>\n<li>Food Hygiene \/ Food Safety certification<\/li>\n<li>Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or onboard service<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Work Schedule<\/strong><br \/>\n        <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Full-time role with rotating shifts<\/li>\n<li>Includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays<\/li>\n<li>Based on cruise schedules and operational requirements<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)<\/strong><br \/>\n        <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistency and quality of beverage preparation<\/li>\n<li>Guest satisfaction and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Compliance with SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards<\/li>\n<li>Teamwork and reliability<\/li>\n<li>Inventory control and minimal wastage<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Work Environment<\/strong><br \/>\n        <\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Onboard a luxury tall ship in a maritime setting<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to outdoor conditions (sun, wind, sea movement)<\/li>\n<li>High-paced service environment with premium guest expectations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>\n          <strong>Salary &amp;
