Nestled in her protected berth at Resorts World Sentosa, Sentosa Island, Singapore is the Royal Albatross; a traditional class A tall ship that has been transformed into a luxury superyacht. In partnership with Sentosa, the ship is open during the day for tours around this stunning vessel.

Today, guests upon entering the berth can be escorted in small groups by knowledgeable tour guides around all 3 decks and are given access to great Instaworthy spots at the Flying Seat, Captains Cabin/Grand Salon, Luxurious Owners Cabin for that once in a lifetime photo onboard this unique vessel.

With a rich history within itself, the Royal Albatross will prove to have something of interest for everyone, whether it is for the shutterbugs, the alcohol enthusiast, or the sailing hobbyists and travellers alike.

Starting off her journey in Chicago as Windy II, her crew undertook a monumental task of transforming to create a harmonious marriage between the traditional golden age of sailing and the modern technological advances, while maintaining her lode world charm and grace. Master rigger, Jim Barry, best known for his work on the ships featured in the Pirates of the Caribbean movies, redesigned her 22 sail rig that is operated by over 200 ropes, each having a special place on their pin rail around the deck.

With less than 100 working tall ship left in the world, the Royal Albatross has the sole distinction of being made for opulence and enjoyment. Its three decks feature a grand salon, cabins, bars and a galley. With a state-of-the-art systems and mood lightings throughout, this superyacht makes for an elegant and unique venue to host guests and clients for private and corporate events and weddings.
